The servo motor and servo converter are simply connected up by only one cable instead of the usual two or three cables. Thanks to this one-cable technology with SPEED-CONNECT quick release lock, the power supply, encoder connection and braking signal are brought together in a single cable. This results in a number of benefits, e.g. the time-saving layingof only one cable and the reduced installation space requirements. Another advantage is that only one cable has to be cleaned, especially in industries where hygiene requirements are high. The cable can be ordered in precise 10 cm lengths and has a motor-side M17 and/or M12 connection plug (smallest OCC connector worldwide). The compact motor with a small, rotatable connector enables simple installation even in confined spaces. The cable has IP20 degree of protection on the converter side and IP65 degree of protection on the motor side.
