Microchip Boost Converter for MCP1642

MCP1642 High Current Boost Converter Demonstration Board. The Microchip MCP1642 High Current Boost Evaluation Board demonstrates the capabilities of MCP1642B and MCP1642D Boost Converters. These regulators are designed to provide a simple power management option for one-cell, two-cell or three-cell alkaline, NiCd, NiMH, one-cell Li-Ion or Li-Polymer battery-based applications. The MCP1642B demonstrates an adjustable output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V that is set by a resistor divider. This variant features true output disconnect while in shutdown (EN=GND). The MCP1642D demonstrated is a fixed output version with an output of 3.3V. The MCP1642D connects input to output bypass while in shutdown (EN=GND). Features.
